[RLCOMP-2009 Announce] Proving software is now available.

Hi Everyone,

We have recently released the proving software application for the
2009 RL Competition. Go to http://2009.rl-competition.org/software.php
to download your own copy. The proving application can be found in the
"proving" subdirectory once you unzip the software. Remember that you
may only run your agent on these proving environments a limited number
of times per week. After you enter your login information into the
proving application, it will tell you how many runs you have remaining
for each event for the current week.
