[RLCOMP-2009 Announce] RLC 2009: updated ICML workshop schedule

Dear RLC09 competitors and potential workshop attendees --

We've made a few major changes to our ICML workshop schedule.

We've compressed the schedule of the workshop into half of
a day, with a working lunch.  This was done because of the
substantial interest many people had in attending MSRL (the
multidisciplinary symposium on reinforcement learning)
which starts the same day.  You can visit the MSRL symposium
website at

   http://msrl09.rl-community.org/

Under the new schedule, RLC09 workshop attendees will be able to
participate fully in the workshop and still attend the opening session
of the MSRL, where a number of RL luminaries will speak.

To compensate for the reduced workshop time, we are pleased to be able
to offer a complimentary MSRL registration to those who have already
registered for the workshop but NOT for MSRL.  Please contact
David Wingate (wingated at mit.edu) directly if you wish to take advantage
of this offer.
